Goods will only be credited if received within 7 working days. Laptops, AV – PC`s, Plasma/LCD panel/monitors, Projectors, Cameras and Printers will carry a credit if returned within 1 working day in unused, resalable condition and include all manuals, software and packaging. After 14 days and within 30 days return will attract a handling charge of 30% at invoiced price. No goods will be credited after 30 days or if the goods are damages, incomplete or not re-salable. The acceptance of any return is at our discretion.
